Sanjiao Nanjiangshi — Three-Corner Nanjiangshi Collector Wenwan Walnut Pair | 三角南疆石 | 40.0mm x 39.0mm | SJNJS-1C0

Sanjiao Nanjiangshi — Three-Corner Nanjiangshi

Meet Sanjiao Nanjiangshi (Three-Corner Nanjiangshi), a named variety in the Chinese tradition of wenwan hand walnuts. This listing is for one individually identified natural pair from the Collector Selection. The pair shown in the product photographs is the pair offered here, not a generic illustration.

The Story Behind the Name

Sanjiao means three-cornered, a descriptor in the traditional naming of this Nanjiangshi variant. The interest is in the named form family and the individuality of the exact natural pair, not in claims of mechanically perfect geometry.

About This Exact Pair · SJNJS-1C0

If you are comparing several pairs in the same variety, use the SKU and recorded measurements to keep them distinct. The gallery provides the visual evidence that the measurements alone cannot supply.

Its two recorded measurements are 40.0 mm at the edge (bian, 邊) and 39.0 mm across the belly (du, 肚). They are two different measuring directions—not width and height. No height measurement is provided, and a tall or low profile cannot be established from these numbers alone.

Why Collect Wenwan Walnuts?

Wenwan walnuts are appreciated as natural objects meant to be held, observed and cared for over time. The experience is tactile and personal: subtle changes in surface appearance may develop with regular handling, but colour and patina vary by walnut and care routine. No particular patina colour or timeline is guaranteed.

Care

• Handle with clean, dry hands and use a clean, dry, soft brush for routine care.
• Keep away from water, prolonged humidity, harsh heat and rapid temperature changes.
• Store dry and ventilated when not in use; avoid unnecessary oil, chemicals or abrasive treatment.
• Refer to the actual photographs when assessing the natural markings of this pair.
