1. Our Shipping Partners & Origins

  • Dispatch Location: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched directly from our professional collection studio in China.
  • Our Carriers: We partner with leading global delivery services to ensure your unique items arrive safely:
  • DHL Express: Used for our standard global express deliveries to ensure premium speed and security.
  • USPS (United States Postal Service): Primarily utilized for the final-mile delivery within the United States, offering reliable delivery to your doorstep.
  • Evri: Our dedicated delivery partner for orders destined for the United Kingdom and parts of Europe.
  • Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery to prevent loss.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We offer global express shipping. Below are the estimated delivery times once your package is dispatched:

3. Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Collector-Grade Packaging: Since our items are fragile natural collectibles, they are packed in shock-absorbent materials and sealed in protective, airtight packaging before being placed in solid shipping boxes to prevent cracking or shifting during transit.

4. Custom Duties, Taxes & Fees

  • Import Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
  • Responsibility: The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees and customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.

5. Package Security & Lost Shipments

  • Signature Required: For security reasons, all high-value packages require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Shipping Insurance: All collector-grade orders are fully insured during transit. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at zenwenwan@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier or issuing a refund.
